Main remedies:
- Natrum muriaticum- Sadness, weeping, wants to be alone, ruminating on unpleasant thoughts, reserved, worse to music, consolation and mental exertion.

Maximise exposure to daylight.
Use warm, bright lighting at home.
Daily gentle physical activity.
Warm showers.
Avoid oversleeping, stick to regular sleep schedule.
