Thank you for choosing to connect with me. By booking a consultation with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to provide clarity about the process and expectations for both parties.

Understanding Homeopathy

Homeopathy takes a holistic approach to health, addressing the emotional, mental, and physical aspects of well-being. Unlike conventional medicine, homeopathy focuses on supporting the body’s natural healing processes.

As part of this journey, it is not uncommon for a temporary aggravation or a slight worsening of symptoms to occur. This is a normal response as your body works toward balance.

Homeopathy complements conventional healthcare programs and medications. You will never be asked to stop any prescribed treatments.

Please note that Homeopathy is not a substitute for emergency care. If you require urgent medical attention, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately. 

Code of Ethics

I abide by the Homeopathic code of ethics.

Booking and Payment

• Time Zones: When booking, ensure that you select the correct time zone. I am based in UK and so please check the time zone book appointments accordingly.
• Payment: All fees must be paid at the time of booking. Homeopathic consultations do not include remedies. After the session, you will receive a prescription and a list of recommended pharmacies where you can purchase your remedies.

By booking, you confirm that you:

1. Are doing so in good faith and of your own free will.
2. Are mentally competent to enter into this agreement.
3. Are not acting on behalf of an organization or agency without disclosing this information.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate all clients fairly:

• Cancellations or Rescheduling: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full consultation fee.
• Timeliness: If you arrive late to your appointment, it will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. The full fee will apply.

If you need to reschedule, please notify me as soon as possible, as this allows me to offer the slot to another client and to offer reasonable adjustments for yourself too.

During the Consultation

• Punctuality: Please arrive on time and ensure you are in a quiet, comfortable environment where you can focus without distractions.
• Video Consultations: For virtual sessions, a link will be provided in advance. If technical issues arise, we will explore alternative communication methods to proceed.
• Additional Information: I may request further details, such as photographs or additional health history, to personalize your treatment.

If the consultation involves a child, I may need to speak with the child briefly, depending on the age, to gain a better understanding of their condition.

Between Consultations

Follow-up communication will be discussed during your consultation. In certain cases, you may be asked to provide email updates regarding your progress.

If you experience acute symptoms or require additional remedies, first-aid consultations can be arranged separately. These are not included in the initial consultation fee.

Homeopathic Remedies

At the end of your session, you will receive a detailed prescription with information about where to purchase the recommended remedies.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Your privacy is of the utmost importance. All information shared during consultations, including personal details and case notes, will remain confidential.

Exceptions to Confidentiality:

I am obligated to disclose information if required by law, such as in cases of:

1. Suspected child or elder abuse.
2. Concerns about immediate harm to yourself or others.

Data Protection:

• Your information is securely stored and managed in compliance with the Data Protection Regulations UK.
• Notes from your consultations are retained for a minimum of seven years, as legally required.
• You can request to view or update your records at any time.

Technology and Communication

I use platforms such as Zoom, WhatsApp, Skype, or email for consultations and follow-ups. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure secure communication, complete privacy cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of digital platforms.

When you book a consultation, your email will be added to my client list for updates, newsletters, and educational materials about Homeopathy. You can opt out at any time.

Health and Emergency Disclaimer

In case of a medical emergency, contact your doctor or local emergency services immediately. If will not be asked to discontinue any medications during your treatment. However, might require to have some health checks at times as recommended.

Fees and Packages

• Consultation Fees: Payment is required at the time of booking. An invoice will be sent prior to the consultation. Fees do not include remedies, which must be purchased separately.
• Packages: Discounts are available for prepaid consultation packages. Contact me for details.

By booking a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
